Will Smith has a big heart

Despite a very busy timetable with the promotional campaign for his next film "Seven Pounds", Will Smith still managed to find time to please his younger fans.

The actor made a surprise visit to a children's hospital in Miami, handing out small gifts and signing autographs.

He then made a donation to the foundation which aims to make the hospital stays of the patients as pleasant as possible. Will Smith really has a great big heart!
