Pandorum : a rude awakening

Having departed with a crew of 60,000 people, Corporal Bower (Ben Foster) and Lieutenant Payton (Dennis Quaid) feel very much alone when they emerge from a long artificial sleep. All the more so, since the two astronauts have lost their memory and have no idea what they are doing onboard a hostile and dilapidated spaceship. However, as they explore the vessel, the two men find a few survivors, as well as some less pleasant creatures that feed on human flesh...

In "Pandorum", German director Christian Alvart places Hollywood star Dennis Quaid alongside Ben Foster, an actor used to playing more minor roles. Despite its low budget, this sci-fi horror film certainly packs in its fair share of terrifying special effects!
