It's raining cheeseburgers!

Flint Lockwood dreams of inventing something to help mankind. Having created a heap of wacky innovations like spray-on shoes and a machine to translate the thoughts of monkeys, Lockwood has an ambition to put an end to hunger in the world by designing a machine to turn water into food. However, the cheeseburger storms become increasingly violent, taking on different forms and spiralling out of control! The problem spreads throughout the world.

Sony Pictures set out to please younger viewers with "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs", an animated film adapted from a 1978 children's book. The DVD bonus features are fun, including deleted scenes, games, "making-of" featurettes, a karaoke game suitable for kids and adults alike, and a documentary on the voice talent. The actor Neil Patrick Harris ("How I Met Your Mother") lends his voice to Steve the monkey.
